Pause and Reset is a free, gentle online circle for neurodivergent women
who just need a moment to land back in themselves again.
Diagnosed, self-diagnosed, exploring; it doesn’t matter.
This is a space where you don’t have to explain, mask, or perform.
You get to arrive exactly as you are.
Each month, we slow everything down.
We soften your nervous system.
We breathe beneath the overwhelm and release the
pressures of daily life as a Neurodivergent woman.
You’ll be guided through a grounding, intuitive-psychology-led meditation,
ND-friendly journaling and simple rituals.
Each month will have a theme or we will work with the moon
or seasonal energy.
I do love ABIT of witchy and moon magic.
There’s space to reflect, to regulate, and to reconnect with the parts of you that
get lost under responsibility, masking, and mental load.
And because ND bodies often regulate through joy, there’s always a moment
of optional lightness a gentle shake, a stretch, or a small burst of movement or
laughter if it feels good.
I've been known to throw a few kitchen discos from time to time
Also another great release is a good old scream (optional)
Nothing pressured. Nothing big.
Just a release, a let go… the kind ND women understand deeply.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering yourself.
To explore who you are beneath the mask.
Calming your system. Coming home to your inner world.
Feeling seen without hiding a single part of you.
Camera on or off.
Fidget, stim, sway, stretch, lie down, curl up under your weighted blanket
Sip your tea in your specific special mug
Whatever your body, mind and heart needs is welcome.

Pause and Reset
An hour to breathe, settle, reconnect…
to regulate, exhale, and feel held by women who truly get it;
with a spark of joy woven through.
Pause & Reset was born from my own journey as a
late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman.
I have spent decades masking, blending in, holding it all together, and
wondering why I felt so overwhelmed, exhausted, emotional, sensitive
all the time… and permanently “on.”
I was diagnosed dyslexic whilst at university, only just surviving school.
Always told I could do better if only I was more organised or
told it just didn't come naturally to me.
Going through the journey of my children's neurodivergence discovery; things just
started tomake sense. My life made sense.
The overwhelms, sensitivities to foods, textures and smells, obsessions over
so many different things, special interest and hyper focus, along with
procasination, burn outs, difficulty socialising and then over socialising, over sharing.
I had a 25yr eating disorder which I can now link with my neurodivergence.
For years, I didn’t realise that what I needed most wasn’t more coping strategies
it was a space to soften.
A space to breathe.
A space where my nervous system could actually settle.
And yes… a space where I could shake out the tension, wiggle my shoulders,
stretch, laugh, or move my body without feeling weird or “too much.”
Because movement, joy, and tiny moments of release are how ND bodies regulate.
And we deserve somewhere safe to do that.
So when I couldn’t find that space, I created it.
I also found sharing my story, my struggles, my quirks and weirdness with
others who are the same (but different) as me; is empowering, inspiring
and I just feel seen.
I won't be giving you hacks or tips to manage your time better etc. An ADHD
coach can help you with that type of thing.
This is a simple sacred safe space to be held, to just be, to be you, to relax,
to soften, to ground and to feel seen.
Sister/Womens circles are scared; it is what our ancestors use to do.
We need it; all women do especially us lot.
You simply just log onto the zoom link that I send you

Journal Prompts to guide you and release
There will be a theme which the circle will centre around
A simple ritual or movement
Rooted in Intuitive Psychology
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You don’t need to be polished.
You don’t need to know anything about your ND identity yet.
You just get to arrive as you are;
even if that means turning up with cold tea, messy hair, and a
nervous system that feels like it’s been sprinting for years.
I created this circle because neurodivergent women deserve a safe place to land,
to reconnect, and be celebrated; not misunderstood, dismissed,
or forced to “just get on with it.”
This is your invitation to remember yourself.
To soften. To ground.
To explore who you are beneath the mask.
To feel connected to other women who truly get it.
To be held, not drained.
To regulate in a way that finally feels supportive and actually works for
your ND nervous system.
Pause & Reset is for us; the ones who’ve carried too much, felt too much,
masked too much,and are finally ready to come home to who we really are…
with a stillness, a little laughter, and a whole lot of compassion.
