At the time I started this course, I felt stuck and disconnected. As a stay-at-home mum, I was overwhelmed, lost in daily routines, unsure of my purpose, and often self-sabotaging; taking on too much, never giving myself space to explore or believe in my own potential. I was running on autopilot, constantly doing but rarely feeling. Old habits and beliefs told me I didn’t deserve to feel good, to take up space, or to slow down. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and losing sight of who I was beyond the daily routine.
I was drawn to Intuitive Psychology as I was becoming more and more aware that my intuition was something I’d long ignored under layers of social conditioning and I really wanted to reconnect with my authentic self and live a life aligned to my beliefs.
Working with Laura felt safe from the start. As a coach, she is grounded, gentle, compassionate, calm, and incredibly intuitive. She knows when to hold space, when to gently challenge, and always made me feel seen and supported. Her guidance was never forceful, but always powerful, nudging me just enough to go deeper, while still feeling completely at ease.
Through our sessions, I began unravelling years of conditioning and slowly returned to a version of myself I hadn’t felt in a long time. Laura helped me turn inward, reconnecting with the quiet knowing I’d pushed down for years. Week by week, I began to see myself differently; not as someone who needed fixing, but as someone worth coming home to. I stopped judging my automatic habits and started meeting them with curiosity. Things softened. I felt clearer, more grounded, and more spacious inside.
I really relished the notes Laura would provide after each session. Not only did they help as a reminder of what we covered, something to reflect and learn from, the journal prompts and meditations she suggested kept me motivated and progressing between sessions.
The biggest improvement has been the relationship with myself. I’ve found a confidence, more compassion, and a deep trust in my own inner wisdom. I've also found a confidence in the authentic me, honouring what I want and need in my life, giving myself permission to think and act big and to stop conforming to social expectations that do not align with my true self. 💖 Note from Laura (the coach) so confusing us both having the same name. Laura only had 8 sessions with me and there was such a wonderful transformation. We finished two months ago and even now she messages telling me things she is achieving and doing within her life that was not happening before. One thing Laura didn't share was something quite iconic to me and you may have seen my post on it on Instagram. We did a session together and her feedback was "THE SH*T HAS SHIFTED" which I have used many of times now. It literally is that feeling, it's the stuff that can feel so sh*t and holds you back so much but actually when it's shifted with love and peace; like we do within BECOMING; it makes space for the most beautiful transformations.
